Our Lending Programs
The Trust Fund offers a variety of loan products, and underwrites projects for affordable housing, economic development, pre-development, and mixed-use development throughout the State of Michigan.You can see a list of new loans closed by the Trust Fund during 2006 here, and a list of borrowers who repaid a loan last year here.
