Wendy joined the Trust Fund in September 2002 as a
Loan Officer. Prior to that time she worked for the Indiana
Housing Finance Authority in the Community Development
Department where she administered the state housing trust
fund, HOME program, and a portion of the state's Community
Development Block Grant program. Wendy also has experience
working for a community development corporation (CDC) that
served neighborhoods in downtown Indianapolis. While at the
CDC she was involved in both single-family housing
development and low-income housing tax credit projects.
Wendy has a bachelor of arts degree from Stephens College
in Columbia, Missouri, and a master of public affairs
degree with an emphasis in nonprofit management from
Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis. She grew
up in Belleville, Illinois, a suburb of St. Louis,
Missouri.
